Mr. Bill Griffin’s presentation dealt with the latest industry trends other than green cleaning and how building owners and managers can reduce and control cleaning and maintenance costs without a loss of quality. He also touched on: How to administer cleaning service contracts without pain and suffering, how building design impacts cleaning costs and the latest technology in cleaning and maintaining restrooms, offices, carpets and all types of hard surface flooring.
