Membership Meeting Recap

Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for BOMA's February 23rd Meeting
  "What is BOMA?"

The mission of the Building Owners and Managers Association International is to enhance the human, intellectual and physical assets of the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards and information.

BOMA SPS is a Professional Development Organization. Our goal is to help real estate professionals learn and refine their trade.

Participation is the best place to start, so get involved with our wonderful Committee Chairs!

Allied Membership Cap

BOMA SPS currently has a cap on our Allied membership. This cap encourages our Proprietary membership to grow.  BOMA is not accepting any new Allied members. Interested Allied companies are placed on a waiting list for a fee of $100. Once the cap is opened this fee will go towards membership dues.

However, if a potential Allied member can bring two new Proprietary members to join BOMA SPS their membership will be allowed as well!
