Tom Lambert, Founder & President
Tom brings more than 12 years of leadership experience with growth-stage companies. For the last six years, Tom and his team have turned Service Point into a rapidly growing professional services organization focused on delivering janitorial services “The One Best Way”.

Under Tom’s leadership, Service Point delivers the world’s best cleaning system to industry leaders in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Utah. Service Point has been nominated for a number of industry awards including, Best Cleaning Program, Best Janitorial Training Program, and Janitorial Program of the Year. In 2009, Service Point earned the Program of Excellence designation by scoring over 90% on an independent third-party audit of its cleaning operations at Salt Lake County’s 400,000 square foot Government Center.


Tim Poskin, Vice President & General Manager
Tim’s expertise in custodial workloading, start-ups, and implementations has been developed over a 19-year career in facility services. Prior to Service Point, Tim worked for The Boeing Company as Administrator of Contracted Janitorial Services for the Puget Sound area. In addition to Tim’s contributions to Service Point, he is a sought after cleaning industry consultant helping leading organizations including Boeing, Qualcomm, Sandia National Labs, University of Texas, University of North Carolina, the FBI, State of Washington and others design and implement large scale custodial programs.
