April 2010 Membership Meeting Recap
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for BOMA's April 27th
Meeting
"What's New in the Local World of Golf"
Jeff Mailer, McCormick Woods Golf Course and Brent Zepp, First Assistant
Professional at Chambers Bay Golf Course discussed what was new at their
courses, plans for the future and even gave us some fantastic golf tips!
McCormick Woods Golf Course is where our Annual Golf Tournament will be held on
June 18th! The course is in fantastic shape even with surrounding courses
affected by disease. McCormick Woods is affordable and will be great way to
spend a sunny Friday in June. Make sure to mark your calendars and join us for a
round of golf, contests, prizes and dinner!
The 2010 US. Amateur Championship is coming to Chambers Bay on August 23-20,
2010. If you want to watch the action up close tickets are only $25 a day or $65
for the week! Volunteers are also still needed. Interested in volunteering or
buying tickets? Please visit their website at www.2010usamateur.com

Allied Membership Cap
BOMA SPS currently has a cap on our Allied membership. This cap
encourages our Proprietary membership to grow. BOMA is not accepting any new
Allied members until our
Proprietary and Allied membership are equal. Interested Allied companies are
placed on a waiting list for a fee of $100. Once the cap is opened this fee will
go towards membership dues. This could take years so potential Allied member are
encouraged to bring two new Proprietary members to join BOMA SPS and their
membership will be allowed as well!
