About the Speaker:
Adrienne Harbourt is an operations manager at Kidder Mathews and is the chair of BOMA Seattle’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. She leads a commercial real estate team with a three-pronged approach to DEI: education/training, helping to increase diversity in the industry, and providing Industry-wide DE&I resources. Prior to this role, she supported DEI efforts with CBRE’s Rising Professionals employee resource group through quarterly interview panels covering a multitude of topics. She comes from a diverse background of real estate, facilities, and security management and has put DEI efforts at the forefront of her leadership efforts throughout her career.
