Sherri Jarvey is a Regional Director with Cost Segregation Authority, working locally out of their Bellevue office. Sherri will discuss how cost segregation studies allow taxpayers to accelerate the depreciation on short life assets on their commercial and residential properties, resulting in a tax savings that can be leveraged to purchase additional investment properties.
